Recognizing the fact that there is a potential for accidents whenever livestock use is involved, which can cause injuries to riders, livestock, and spectators, and also recognizing the fact that Back Country Horsemen Chapters, Officers, Directors, or Members cannot always know the condition of the trails or the experience of the riders or animals taking part in BCH functions, I do hereby release the above-mentioned parties from any claim or right for damages that might occur to me, my minor children, property, or my livestock.
