Purchasing a membership allows you to join other like-minded individuals who want to help protect and maintain our riding trails in Idaho.
Single Membership: $25 Family Membership: $35 This money is primarily sent to our national office, "Back Country Horsemen of America (BCHA)." This gives us a national presence and is necessary to keep public land open. The sale of each $20 calendar, which includes a raffle ticket, funds our state office, "Back Country Horsemen of Idaho (BCHI)." The state office supports 14 Chapters throughout Idaho and provides a way to support our mission at the state level. There will NOT be an auction at this potluck, but there will be a silent and live auction at the convention. The board has been actively soliciting donations from businesses in our area. If you know a company that might donate an auction item or serve as a monetary sponsor, please reach out to John McNabb (Chapter President) at 208-201-6624.
We hope that members and non-members will also donate items such as gift baskets, equine items, outdoor items, artwork, home decor, jewelry, services, gift certificates/cards, and direct financial sponsorship. Most of the proceeds from these donations will go to our chapter to support trail maintenance projects, equine trail education and outreach initiatives. |
